THANK YOU

I want to take a moment to thank each of you for your support on Election Day. Our victory was a clear mandate that the voters want real property tax reform, integrity in government and a real plan to get Illinois back on the right track. Our victory was a victory for the people and communities of the 11th District.

As we move into the General Election, I welcome the opportunity to continue the discussion about the issues most important to you and how to move Illinois forward. I know that together we can make a real difference.

Sincerely,
Ann M. Williams
Democratic Nominee 11th District State Representative

My name is Ann Williams, and I am running to be your next State Representative in Springfield. I am running to change the culture of corruption and insider deals that pervades state government – and to fight for everyday people.

As an independent democrat, I will be answerable only to you – the voters – and not the political power brokers and special interests.  I will continue the vital work I started as an Assistant Attorney General in Lisa Madigan’s office – protecting women and children from sex offenders, fighting for greater access to affordable healthcare, and making government open and accountable to the people.

On my website, you can learn more about my background, my plan to represent our families and communities, and how you can be a part of the campaign. I encourage you to check out my website and let me know what issues are important to you.  Together we can bring real change and an independent voice to Springfield.
